1. Overview & Enrollment
By participating in the R-health.net Affiliate & Referral Program (the "Program"), you agree to be bound by these Affiliate Terms of Service, our general Website Terms & Conditions, and our Online Return & Refund Policy.
• You must be an individual of legal age (18 or older) and a registered user of R-health.net to participate.
• Participation in the Program is a privilege, not a right, and may be revoked or terminated by us at any time, with or without cause.
2. Independent Contractor Relationship
• You agree that by participating in the Program, you are acting as an Independent Contractor, not an employee, legal partner, franchisee, or agent of [Insert Your Subsidiary Name] or Carico International, Inc.
• You have no authority to bind the company legally, make contracts on our behalf, or represent yourself as an official representative of Carico International, Inc.
• You are solely responsible for all taxes, withholdings, or other governmental assessments associated with any commissions or rewards earned through the Program.
3. Marketing Guidelines & FTC Compliance
Federal Trade Commission (FTC) regulations require complete transparency when earning money or rewards via referrals.
• Mandatory Disclosure: Whenever you share your trackable referral link, you must clearly and conspicuously disclose to your audience that you receive a commission or product credit if they make a purchase. (Example: "Use my link to buy, full disclosure: I earn a reward/commission when you do!")
• Prohibited Claims: Carico products are high-quality health, air, and water systems. You are strictly prohibited from claiming that Carico products cure, treat, diagnose, or prevent any disease, illness, or medical condition. You must limit your product claims strictly to the official features listed on R-health.net.
• Spam & Paid Ads: You may not use unsolicited mass email (spam), post referral links on inappropriate third-party forums, or purchase paid search or social media advertisements (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) targeting Carico’s or R-health.net’s brand names or trademarks.
4. Commission Structure, Sales Validation, & Payouts
• Earning Commissions: You earn a referral commission or credit only when a purchase is completed using your specific trackable link, fully paid for by a third party, and successfully delivered.
• Chargebacks & Returns (Clawbacks): If a referred customer initiates a return, experiences a payment dispute/chargeback, or qualifies for an exceptional circumstance refund (subject to the 20% restocking fee), any commission or credit you earned from that specific sale will be forfeited or deducted from your balance.
• Redemption Options:
1 Product Credit: Commissions may be redeemed as store credit applied toward Carico products via R-health.net.
2 Direct Deposit (Cash): Commissions may be redeemed via direct deposit. To comply with mandatory IRS 1099-NEC reporting, if your cumulative cash earnings reach or exceed $600 within a single calendar year, you will be required to securely submit your taxpayer information (such as your Social Security Number or EIN via an IRS Form W-9) before any further cash payouts can be processed.
5. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, [Insert Your Subsidiary Name] and Carico International, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your participation in the Program.

6. Modification & Termination
We reserve the right to modify, alter, or cancel the Program, the commission percentages, or these Terms of Service at any time at our sole discretion. Continued participation in the Program following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the changes. We reserve the right to terminate your affiliate account and void all accrued commissions if we suspect fraudulent, deceptive, or unethical activity.
How to Implement This on R-health.net:
1 Host the Document: Have your web developer create a dedicated page on your website named "Affiliate Terms of Service" containing this text.
2 Clickwrap Enrollment: Inside the customer's portal/dashboard where they go to generate their unique referral link, force them to opt-in actively. Place an un-checked checkbox that reads:
